The majority of our team/community started with zero to no jiu jitsu background, many of our members still enjoy welcoming and supporting new members at our introductory classes.

Our adults introductory classes start at 6pm on a Tuesday and Thursday evening, and are suitable for ages 15yrs+, with no prior martial arts or jiu jitsu experience required.
All Introductory Classes are included in your One Week Free Trial. Please arrive 5 minutes before the scheduled start time.
For Kids Jiu Jitsu Classes please give us a call to discuss your child’s first session 0403 326 970.
What to Bring: Please remove all jewellery including piercing prior to class, as well as trim your finger and toe nails (this helps us maintain our high standard of hygiene and care for our members). Wear comfortable-tight-fitting active wear, or a swimming/jiu jitsu rash-guard, and bring a water bottle as well as any personal medication e.g asthma etc. mouthguard's are optional.
